Saturday August 17, 2024 | What would the world be like if we all practiced meditation?

Image
In one word---calm.  Because there would be no stress and anxiety.  There would be no arguments in which case, I really dislike for people to argue with one another.   Not only my mom has covid-19 but also my dad has the symptoms of it.  I must be healthy as a horse!  Which means I have a good immune system.  Well, I exercise. I meditate. I drink lots of water. I eat fruits and vegetables.  And my doctor said my blood sugar was back down below the numbers it was supposed to be.  Monday August 12---I started the week with an anxiety attack and I ended the week on my period on Friday August 16.  I gotta remember that for when they ask me when I go in for my colonoscopy on Friday September 6.  Man, that would have really sucked if I had to do a colonoscopy prep and go in for a colonoscopy on Monday and me still bleeding heavily.  Is a woman's period always this heavy when she is in perimenopausal?   My doctor says I am i...

Friday August 16, 2024 | What's one thing I enjoy doing that makes you lose track of time?

Well I enjoy making jewelry more if Jason didn't tell me that making jewelry and selling it was for a five year old!

Friday August 16, 2024 | Anxiety Attack, me and Covid-19, mom

On Monday August 12, I had an anxiety attack with symptoms of nausea in the car on the way to houston for a doctor's appointment for the uh... "tongue thing" and the new thing "lip farting" ugh.  I don't think it bothers me but it's annoying me as hell!  Well started to roll down the window to barf and my sister though I had farted. I hate when when people do that. They didn't even ask.  They just assume that I had farted.  The worst is that my aunt had only a real coke, bad move because there was cafeine in the coke. And if that was an anxiety attack that I had, not good.   Then on Thursday August 15, mom got covid-19.  We were all sitting in the car with my sister who was sick who was just getting over something probably a cold and I was like putting my two index fingers indicating a cross. (what does that even mean)  I'm kinda wondering if me, mom, my aunt were in the car with me and my sister in the back.  I would have had that first, but...

Tuesday August 13, 2024 | I am not sure what title to give this

But then again, I didn't have hot flashes and my periods were regulated.   Another picture is:   This book was in a references list in the back of the book "self love journal for women".   The highlighted indicates the yes answers. (i think)  here is the name of the book. It's probably not a book I should even be reading.

Tuesday August13, 2024 | Anxiety Attack on Monday August 12

Image
I am wondering if anything in this picture is true?  I had an anxiety attack on Monday August 12 and it could have been a lot of things.  When I went to the doctor in Houston and my blood pressure was a little high. I remembered that anxiety attack I had in the car on the way.  Does an anxiety attack spike one's blood pressure?   Well I did deep breathing and it helped a little bit but not well.  I was still nauseated.   The trip to Houston was first it was for the tongue thing and then that all stopped and the "lip-farting" began well I would say three months ago. I can control it sometimes but I feel like I have to do that thing.  But really it all started back in 2018 with the "snorting" noise. Yeah, I know, it sounds gross.  But Dr (i don't know how he spells his name)  I know how to pronouce it though.  I did hear him say it was "mild tourettes" if my amigdala understood that right--I meant brain.  This is why I need ...

Saturday August 10, 2024 | Tips to help someone living with selective mutism to get out of their comfort zone:

I would love to join a in person support group with people who do have selective mutism.  Now how's that for me getting out of my comfort zone?   Certainly! Here’s an example of how someone with selective mutism might take steps to get out of their comfort zone: Example: Step 1: Start Small Situation : You feel comfortable speaking at home but struggle to speak in public. Action : Begin by practicing speaking in a low-pressure environment outside your home, such as a quiet park or a small café with a trusted friend or family member. Step 2: Gradual Exposure Situation : You want to speak more in social settings. Action : Gradually increase the difficulty by speaking in slightly more challenging environments. For instance, start by ordering food at a restaurant or asking a store clerk a simple question. Step 3: Use Communication Aids Situation : You find it hard to initiate conversations. Action : Use communication cards or apps to help express your needs and gradually tran...

Friday August 9, 2024 | I believed.....before I even looked up on dr google or dr copilot | My feelings on this whole thing

I will only say this one time so listen up.  I believed that and no one had to tell me ANYTHING that these things are in fact Tourette Syndrome. Am I right?   I really didn't plan on getting that stuff.  But that snorting (what i did the first time back in 2018)  and lip-farting (back in May 2014) make a lot of sense to me.  NO ONE HAD TO TELL ME ANYTHING!  I can swear to you that I did not look up back in 2018.  And Mr dummy here had pointed it out to me that I was making that noise. Thank you very much, Jason! (As I say sarcastically, well I tried to say that sarcastically--it didn't work)  Why do we get these little things or noises that pop up about well it feels like it is every five seconds?  It feels like I have to make that noise but at the same time it is aggravating to me.  Meditations and yoga helps with this sort of thing.  Actually I think yoga and aerobic exercise helps a lot better than meditation.  I love t...
