Saturday November 14, 2020 | Running for the full 10 minutes
Well as you know, I had an anxiety attack on Friday the 13th. Guess who caused it? Jason. But It's not really his fault I was triggered. I guess I should have watched that. :'( Well this morning on Saturday the 14th, I picked three 10 minute running intervals and ran and ran and ran. I guess I was running off that energy from the day before. Oh God that run felt good. I was ready for more running. But no I was only doing three running intervals and two abdominal workouts and stopping. By that time I was sore and wanting to use my aches and pains body wash. Still, I wish they had Lavender in the Aches and Pains body wash. :'( I want to know something. Can anxiety or having anxiety/panic attacks cause weight gain? I know. I feel like that maybe that could be the cause of some of my weight gain? Stress and anxiety maybe? Increased cortisol levels, as the ...
