Just woke up screaming and I can't remember what this was about. The last time I woke up screaming was about a pool drowning. Ugh. I want to know why I am waking up screaming. Let me think how other people would think this. They would think that this is all just bad dream. But I am wondering if this waking up screaming can be discovered through hypnosis? I would like to know. I wrote this entry at 5am so I must have been half asleep.
