Breaking the habit of overeating can be challenging, but with the right strategies, it’s definitely achievable. Here are some tips to help you get started: Identify Triggers : Understand what prompts your overeating.       I was always taught that it was boredom.  So I guess it is boredom.  Practice Mindful Eating : Pay attention to what and how much you eat.                                                            I try to savor each bite but people tell me that I eat too much.  Plan Your Meals : Having a meal plan can help you avoid impulsive eating.          Impulsive eating?  What is that?  I don't have that.   Stay Hydrated : Sometimes, thirst is mistaken for hunger.                          ...
