I have another mantra I say during meditation and that works just as well. It is "Where words fail, music speaks". But that one above is calming too. I will try that a couple of times.
My blog is about my feelings, my emotions, and my life and how I still struggle with selective mutism at times. It's like maybe I have something else going on besides selective mutism by the ways that I am struggling.
