I am wondering if anything in this picture is true? I had an anxiety attack on Monday August 12 and it could have been a lot of things. When I went to the doctor in Houston and my blood pressure was a little high. I remembered that anxiety attack I had in the car on the way. Does an anxiety attack spike one's blood pressure? Well I did deep breathing and it helped a little bit but not well. I was still nauseated. The trip to Houston was first it was for the tongue thing and then that all stopped and the "lip-farting" began well I would say three months ago. I can control it sometimes but I feel like I have to do that thing. But really it all started back in 2018 with the "snorting" noise. Yeah, I know, it sounds gross.
