Tuesday August13, 2024 | Anxiety Attack on Monday August 12

I am wondering if anything in this picture is true?  I had an anxiety attack on Monday August 12 and it could have been a lot of things.  When I went to the doctor in Houston and my blood pressure was a little high. I remembered that anxiety attack I had in the car on the way.  Does an anxiety attack spike one's blood pressure?   Well I did deep breathing and it helped a little bit but not well.  I was still nauseated.   The trip to Houston was first it was for the tongue thing and then that all stopped and the "lip-farting" began well I would say three months ago. I can control it sometimes but I feel like I have to do that thing.  But really it all started back in 2018 with the "snorting" noise. Yeah, I know, it sounds gross.  But Dr (i don't know how he spells his name)  I know how to pronouce it though.  I did hear him say it was "mild tourettes" if my amigdala understood that right--I meant brain.  This is why I need someone to go into doctors appointments with me.

I know how to explain auditory processing now.  Auditory processing is like a hard-of-hearing person except the brain or amigdala has trouble understanding what people say.  This is why I ask what they said and it makes people mad that I do need to ask what they have just said. I think SM(anxiety disorder) and auditory process go hand-in-hand. I did see it around that wheel and I will find it and put it at the bottom of this blog--it is just a color wheel with auditory processing difficulites in the center of it.   I really believe that it has got better now since I started turning on the captions and having ebooks read to me as I follow along.  It does piss off a few people when I turn on captions or read an ebook as I follow along.  I do use headphones when around people.

What all I tried to get rid of the nauseated feeling was drinking a coke so I could burp. Yeah.... that felt good.  Then I tried deep breathing exercises and meditated to a guided meditation.

I just found this video on youtube to calm your nervous system.  Check this out and give it a try.
One more question left below the colored wheel.

Here is the wheel:

I only have one question left.  Can an anxiety attack trigger a hot flash and can a hot flash trigger an anxiety attack?  Yes, I do believe that women with anxiety disorders such as selective mutism do struggle with peri/and menopause.  My doctor even said that I was in perimenopause.  I didn't hear that.  See? This is why I let a hearing person go into the doctor's appointment with me.  So they can relay all that my brain/ or amigdala missed when the doctor was talking.  I think this colonoscopy is triggering this too.  oh goody as I say in sarcasm.
