1. If people want to continue talking at me, please don't trigger me. 2. I will meditate when feeling anxious. 3. Stop eating when feeling not full but satisfied. any more suggestions?
My blog is about my feelings, my emotions, and my life and how I still struggle with selective mutism at times. It's like maybe I have something else going on besides selective mutism by the ways that I am struggling.
