But...... How am I going to ask to do this? I know the first thing that people will say..... You gotta be able to talk to do that! ugh! I hate when people say that. I could play a person who is selectively mute until I become a little more comfortable and then I can play someone who is just overcoming selective mutism and is spreading awareness to other people to make them understand the disorder a lot better.

I would love to have the opportunity to... speak to people and get a job and be able to act out in a play. But I think people would take advantage of me just like they always have. I want to act out in a play or see if I can do something that has to do with selective mutism and spreading awareness.

One thing that is important to know about me is... that I have selective mutism. I guess that I am different than others living with selective mutism. Well, I do get to do things but I am only very limited(i think). Unlike other individuals living with selective mutism, I can't get a job, I have to live with my parents forever. I guess the rules are different in this house and I am going to have to accept it whether I like it or not.
