I always thought that hot chocolate, peanut butter + Jelly, Cheetos, Chocolate and bubble baths are good for the mental health. Oh and I thought of a another one. Little Debbie cakes. It's more like Litttle Debbie Downer. We crave sugar and sugar brings us down. Well something like that. lol. I could make a bullet journal for self-care. And I still didn't say how I can bring those things into my life more moderately.
