anxious.
This week I am anxious about going to the doctor. Tomorrow, Monday, I am going to get a mamogram and then on Friday I am going to Dr Desai. But still scared about going to the store yet as the coronavirus is still out there. :'( I think I still have agoraphobia because of this coronavirus. Well, it feels like I have agoraphobia. :'( The name I got this from was Julia Kristina Counselling - on her youtube channel. She made me realize these things. Things I didn't know anxiety made me do: 1. Shaky and trembling 2. Sweaty 3. Overthinking 4. pee alot (except for when I am out in public. In which case I don't pee in a public restroom at all. Only when I am desperate. 5. Frozen in fear - and don't know why 6. Getting overly-focused on the smaller thing. Like: Checking the lock on the door so my dog won't escape.
