  1. “What is one area of your life you’d like to improve? What are some steps you can take to make progress in this area?”
I want to be totally self-sufficient.  
If I am wrong, please tell me.  I would never need to be running late to any doctor's appointments, the dentist or anything else.
  1. “Reflect on a recent decision you made. How did it align with your values and goals? Would you make the same decision again?”
I never had to make a decision I don't think.  At least not an important one. 
  1. “What is a habit you’ve recently developed that has positively impacted your life? How can you reinforce this habit?”
People keep telling me that I keep making this noise with my mouth and I don't see the big deal is.  Well two people I know of have said it sounded like a fart.  I don't see it that way.  
  1. “Write about a time when you stepped out of your comfort zone. What did you learn from this experience?”
I haven't done that yet. But I would like to.  Please give me a challenge that I would have to step out of my comfort zone. It could be anything that you choose.
  1. “What are some long-term goals you have for yourself? What are some short-term goals that can help you reach them?”
I am all out of guesses.  Two or three people have already told me that I got to be able to talk to do that.  So I gave that up. Maybe I could somehow prove it to those people. But how?

I need some help with this one.  How would I go about this?
