Absolutely! Here are some self-reflection and personal growth journal prompts: “What is one area of your life you’d like to improve? What are some steps you can take to make progress in this area?” I want to be totally self-sufficient.   If I am wrong, please tell me.  I would never need to be running late to any doctor's appointments, the dentist or anything else. “Reflect on a recent decision you made.
