Wednesday April 23, 2025 | selective mutism anxiety disorder and high blood sugar

I know selective mutism and high blood sugar has something to do with one another.  People keep telling me that I eat too much fattening foods and I have to agree with them just because I am selectively mute. I need to find other selectively mute people who only have selective mutism and nothing else.  Now if I was autistic, wouldn't like to be touched. But there is a lot more to being autistic than not liking to be touched Jason Van de viere!!!!!!   Jason, you are not a doctor and you never will be!  So shut up asshole!   And his mother--Doni telling me that I don't have panic attacks!  ugh!  Don't judge what you don't understand, assholes!  I know Jason's mother has ADHD and Jason has ADD.  They are both sitting on there f___ FAT asses telling me about my selective mutism when they know nothing of the sort!   Now I know that selective mutism will lead to high stress levels and high anxiety, and high blood sugar so shut up okay!

It is just that my physical doctor doesn't know anything about about what I have all of a sudden all of my numbers started going up and up due to my age and SELECTIVE MUTISM!  I have a card to show but that won't tell anyone anything besides the fact that my physical health is going downward.  I don't mean to blame mental health for this but can it be because of my mental health?

Okay whoever keeps saying that it is my weight and that I'm eating too much causing high blood sugar is going to get soct in the nose!!!  I know just my eating is not just the culprit alone.  It is stress and anxiety too!  You know what that rating is now?  On a scale from one to ten. Well since I am tense right now. I would say it is at a 10.

Do you think people trigger me or could be also something else besides people triggering me and people hearing about the news and telling me---mainly Jason!  I wish people wouldn't tell me anything unless they think it is really really important.
