Sunday May 31, 2020 -- Guess what!? I just stopped a panic attack today! I was in the shower and I could not breath. I said No! and breathed in slowly and out slowly and I did that for a few more times and it went away. Of course this Dr Pepper will make it come back after while. No! I hope it won't.
