I know that something happened to me at age three but how do I find out? Okay. I have a question about a meditation teacher I have found on YouTube. He's called Panache Desai. Have you heard of him? My baby girl, Jordan is whining in her laundry basket wanting me to go to bed. I guess I will finish this later. Oh the things you will do for a pet baby girl who is so sweet. I'm going to bed. Sunday May 31, 2020 -- Guess what!? I just stopped a panic attack today! I was in the shower and I could not breath. I said No! and breathed in slowly and out slowly and I did that for a few more times and it went away. Of course this Dr Pepper will make it come back after while. No! I hope it won't.
