Saturday May 31, 2025 | ugh! Anxiety Attack!
For starters, I got about a small amount of baby oil into my hands rubbed all over my body. I had fallen into the shower and bruised myself up. I didn't think that I got that much. I swear that I didn't have well I did have shoes on but if I didn't, I would have not only bruised the side of me but I also would have scratched up my toes. But I did have shoes on in there just for that purpose. but If someone would let me buy some kind of bath mat that doesn't float to the top of the bathtub then I wouldn't slip in the bathtub at all. They all have me buy cheap things that float up to the top of the bathtub and then I slip. It is very irritating! I didn't explain how this happened did I? I didn't think I did. So I started crying in the bottom of the bathtub. One thing that I know for sure is that I do have a grab bar in there. I didn't think I needed it right then. Next time I will hold on. ...
