Monday April 4, 2022 | Problems with Meditation
What does it mean when someone can not meditate? I try to sit still but my mind keeps running wild and keeps thinking of random stuff like what am I going to do when I get up from here or when a roach creeps up on the floor at night and then I have trouble sleeping because cant stop thinking of that dam thing when or if it crawls on top of me at night. One did once before *squeel*
