Write down 4 things (in pencil) that you would like to change about yourself. 1.) To get rid of my fat gut. (i think that I got my fat gut from hanging around Jason. lol His belly is contagious.) But really. Do you really think this is from menopausal belly fat? 2.) To tone up my arms. 3.) 4.) Write down 4 things that you love about yourself. 1.) I love my butt. 2.) I love my legs. 3.) I love the way that I am losing weight. (thumbs up) one or two pounds a week. The safe way to go! 4.)
