Well today I just practiced my qigong. I got on youtube and found a practice that I liked. It was qigong for digestion. And did you know that there are meditations for digestion. I do try to pick the meditations that have certified meditation teachers. I found quite a few that I liked on Insight Timer. Then I found them on YouTube---for example: Lisa Romano, Glenn Harrold, Jason Stephenson is a good meditation teacher. There is one certified meditation teacher I found on YouTube, their user name is The Mindful Movement and I love that one. Her name is Sara Raymond. I always have to listen to her new meditations when I first notice that she has a new one up on her channel. Her meditations are awesome! Again, their youtube is "The Mindful Movement".
What I love most about myself is the way I can do squats and deadlifts and work my butt. I love my butt. I mean I literally love my butt!
