  1. Get to know yourself again. We have to know ourselves to know what kinds of boundaries we need. This step can be a little scary, especially if we have a deep seated belief that it is unsafe to be ourselves. We lose touch with ourselves and assume that being ourselves is “wrong.” You might want to do some journaling on this subject. I wrote about that in another blog post. Basically, you want to write about what makes you “you.” What are your likes, desires, and strengths? What direction are you going? What are your hopes, values, and dreams?


My likes? I have a lot of likes that people said that I have. I love all animals. I love to make jewelry if my three fingers thumb, index finger, middle finger and part of the ring finger can stop being numb. My desires? The desires that I have are if selective mutism lets me do that sort of thing.... my desire to act and dance. Why? Maybe I could lose weight by dancing. My mom will probably say, "oh just dance in your room. It's free". My strengths are I can read, write(if my fingers aren't numb).

I have a question. Will excessive worrying cause blood sugar to rise? I can't help but to worry. I am scared to death of diabetes. February 11, I ate some raisins and I felt guilty because there was 18 grams of sugar in them. But somehow they make a person poop. Well it depends on the person too. I also have to agree with people that I eat too much sugar even when I am staying close on weight watchers and tracking and measuring. People tell me that I eat too much sugar and I have to agree with them. If people tell me that I eat all day then I agree with them that I eat all day. I just hate to have it be that way but it just has to be that way. :'( Oh well that is the way it has to go sometimes. What can I do? Nothing else to do but just agree with people on what I do or don't do. You wanna know what my problem is? My problem is that I agree with people too much? I eat too much sugar even when I don't realize that I'm eating too much sugar because if wasn't eating sugar and fat, I would be losing about 1 or 2 pounds a week not gaining every week.
