Friday February 14, 2025 | Higher Blood Sugar readings

I believe that anxiety and stress can contribute to high blood sugar levels.  I don't know how it can contibute to it--but what I do know is that meditation and exercise lowers blood sugar levels.  No one has told me this.  I just put two and two together and kaboom!
