I like Michelle Briehler's kickboxing workouts why? Because my panic/anxiety attacks/anger attacks make me want to hit something or someone. So this is the only way I can get this frustration out is by kickboxing. If there was a kickboxing class or something, that would be so awesome if there was such a thing. This one of my favorite workouts. She has more of these kickboxing workouts.
And below is my favorite workout by MichelleWilsonWorkouts on Youtube. This is just my favorite workout. I like this lady's walking workouts. Personally, I love their 30 minute workouts. More to do. More sweating going on! More muscle pain. But then you get to either get in the shower with Dr Teal's Lavender or Eucalyptus body washes. Watch it with the Eucalyptus as it may cause a panic/or anxiety attacks. Oh Lemon body wash by Dr Teal is the bomb! I love to use anything by Dr Teal because it has epsom salt in it as the epsom salt works great for muscle pain after a great workout. Or any kind of body pain.
I just love a good hard sweat! There is nothing but a good hard sweat and a fast burn! I love it! Well as long as I eat foods that give me energy and make my body feel good.
