Saturday July 13, 2024 | Peri-menopause or menopause symptoms

I am having menopause symptoms of period changes, feeling bloated, feeling anxious, irritability, depression and joint pain.  I am not sure if this is a symptom of peri- menopause or menopause but I wake up during the night between 3am and 4:30am. 

I do exercise and lift weights.  But the higher that anxiety is the more I FORGET to stop at 30 minutes. I swear to god. But the higher that anxiety goes, the harder I workout! I swear!   That last rating the last experience or whatever you want to call it was hurricane Beryl, that anxiety was about a 10 and the depression was about a 3. I will let you know if that depression or anxiety goes up any higher than that. Either by writing it down or by word of mouth if I am am able.  I believe that I was in peri-menopause about 10 years ago--- which would have put me at 40 years old in 2014?  I have a card about SM I will put down below.  Apparently any women who has a severe anxiety disorder, does have severe menopause symptoms.  Any other questions about selective mutism feel free to ask!  Here is the card that my SM friend created and is now selling. 






Either my friend made this or her son who used to have SM made this card down below on the next page.  My friend is an author of two books which I bought.  The name of them slips my mind.  They are very informational books about selective mutism.  Very good!   I have a question. Let's see how do I put this..... Please correct me if this doesn't sound right.  Do women who have severe anxiety disorders have worse peri-menopause and menopause symptoms?  
Lots of people have different beliefs.  Is fasting good for building bone? What is good for building bone? I know that lifting weights is one way for building bone and muscle.
