anxiety/depression rating
On a scale from 1 to 10. 10 being the worst and 1 being not at all. I would say that it feels like...
Well the anxiety was at a 10 about two hours ago and now it's about a 6. I took an anxiety pill before I went to bed.
The depression was at a 10 about two hours ago and now? It's about a 5.
