On a scale from one to 10 and ten being the worst and one being not at all. I would say that the anxiety was about a 10 last night and two nights ago. I guess I can say that loud noises make me anxious. Then again I am okay with thunder. I absolutely hate and am really terrified of lightning.
15 minutes is up. I maybe writing more here.
But I exercise not only that but I exercise 1 to 1/2 hours of exercise! I didn't think I was eating that much cheese or well I knew I was eating ice cream. Do you even know how triggered I am because of this?!
