anxiety attack?

Earlier I had the feeling of feeling like I was about to cry and I could not stop it no matter how hard I try.  I can't cry as people think that I'm getting angry. But lately, people have been understanding (accept Jason) what an anxiety attack is.  I still don't know what an anxiety attack is or how someone else is triggering me.  It took my SM friend Bekki Winter to help me recognize that Jason was actually triggering me. I wish I could remember what it was about. :'(  I can remember things a long time ago but I can't remember things a short time ago like yesterday, or two weeks ago.

About the feeling, I was about to cry. I was just getting out of the shower and I was feeling that I was about to cry and I don't know this emotion or feeling!

I have couple of questions.  Okay, I have a lot of questions.
1. Do you think I can take care of myself?
2. Do you think I can someday learn to drive?
3. Do you think I can work someday without having an anxiety attack/panic attack and people thinking that I am angry?
4. Do you think I can take a class? (i want to learn about anxiety disorders)

No! I am not okay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
