My blog is about my feelings, my emotions, and my life and how I still struggle with selective mutism at times. It's like maybe I have something else going on besides selective mutism by the ways that I am struggling.

Coronavirus?
Hey. I wanted to write this down in case I forget this. Is it good to take everything seriously like the coronavirus for instance like the Social distancing stuff? Social distancing is somewhat part of Selective Mutism whereas a person with Selective Mutism take things too far. They get anxious when people get too close to them. People with Selective Mutism keep a 6ft distance from people as just like the coronavirus. That is why this is so easy for a person with Selective Mutism but yet it so much like taking things up a notch. And the OCD, I was already a clean freak, the Coronavirus is just like taking things up a notch. But never, ever judge a person who has anxiety and who also as a messy room because obviously, they have something going on there like mental health issues or something?
