Wednesday September 2, 2026 | What physical limitation would you like to overcome?

I would like to overcome my anxiety limitation.  Why would I want to overcome it?  Maybe it's better to have severe anxiety.  I will always be safe and protected.  

Well, on Tuesday, September 1, I was triggered by that storm.  My dad got it in his head that we were going to flood again.  My parents were flooded out of the bottom floor and they lost everything but the clothes on their back and the bag that they packed to go over to my sister's house. There was about 8 foot of water in the house and my cat KatieJordan was trapped upstairs, and after the flood water went down, she brought all the neighborhood cats up there.  KatieJordan ran off over the rainbow bridge back in October 2019.   Now, if we were flooded out again, I would have tried to say, "Get your butt up here this instant!"  We would have all been yelling out the upstairs window for a rescue boat.  But luckily, there wasn't a flood.  And don't get me started on TJ Martin!  I knew he was a scammer from the moment they had that meeting with Martin and Penn.  I knew that they were bad news.  I couldn't comment because it wasn't my house or my decision.  

You know what I just realized?  Between my parents and me, we had animals that ended in either ie or y. or sometimes e and sometimes y.

Sonny (he was supposed to be my dog but had picked my dad as his owner)
Sadi (Sadi was the black cat that my sister gave to me before she had her kids.)
Joey (tabby cat)
Donnie (tabby cat) (he was an all-grey cat who crossed the rainbow bridge--back in Oct 2014)
Jordan (full-bred chihuahua)
Sophie (my dad's dog) (i think Sophie's a hound)
Nicki Rose (Chihuahua mixed with terrier and something else. I'm thinking chihuahua, fox, terrier)
Happy (tabby cat)  (I manifested Happy using the law of attraction.) Happy dislikes being picked up but ever now and then she hollers for attention and I pick her and give her some love and attention and then she fine for a few days.

This sounds familiar that I have done when I was younger.  The last time was pretty recent.  But the worst one was in 2014 before the hospital in Houston at Cypress Creek.  People who have selective mutism and autism do this when they are mad.  It comes from frustration and not being able to physically speak.  This is the reason for me saying that I could have mild autism or even asperger's.

Sunday June 1, 2025 | I had an accident

On Saturday I had a little fall in the shower accident. It felt like I was in the accident all over again. I was having flash backs of that day of the accident in the van.  All I saw was this BIG yellow moving truck coming towards us and the next thing I knew I was or me my mom and dad were piled on top of one another. That whole accident was scary.  I cried as I was crawling out of the winsheild of the van. I wanted to beat that guy up that hit us and I would too! Well I got a settlement out of it!    I tried to be cool and swing around the shower door and grab my towel and........... I went down.  I tried to stay calm.  At the same time I was running out of blood pressure medication.  Ugh!  Here is what I did.
