Monday August 10, 2026 | Does your SM get triggered when you ask questions to other people?

First and foremost.  Yes, it does get triggered.

I am safe. No one will judge me.  
Where is my safe space.  Under my weighted blanket. Sometimes I am a wussy.  But my safe space is the beach in Jamaica.  I have been there. That place is so pretty.  I also been to Hell, Caymon Islands but that is beside the point.  I want to go back to Hell.  

What do I see?  The beautiful blue ocean. 
What do I hear?  People talking, laughing and children playing on the beach.
What do I smell?  Food cooking from restaurants on the beach.
What do I taste? but when we got to Cozemel, I tasted my first beer at 40 years old.  My aunt got me a beer.  I guess I could say that she was my favorite aunt.  She was the only aunt on my dad's side the family that ever made any complete sense.  
What am I touching?  My feet are touching the white sand beach. That was my ultimate dream was to walk on a white sand beach!  It finally happened on my 40th birthday Cruise!  

What if people require a fast response?  What to do when a person wants a fast response.  I'll respond when my brain catches up.  
Freeze response:  I need a pause before I can answer.
Stepping away for a minute:  I'll respond when I am regulated.

This sounds familiar that I have done when I was younger.  The last time was pretty recent.  But the worst one was in 2014 before the hospital in Houston at Cypress Creek.  People who have selective mutism and autism do this when they are mad.  It comes from frustration and not being able to physically speak.  This is the reason for me saying that I could have mild autism or even asperger's.

Sunday June 1, 2025 | I had an accident

On Saturday I had a little fall in the shower accident. It felt like I was in the accident all over again. I was having flash backs of that day of the accident in the van.  All I saw was this BIG yellow moving truck coming towards us and the next thing I knew I was or me my mom and dad were piled on top of one another. That whole accident was scary.  I cried as I was crawling out of the winsheild of the van. I wanted to beat that guy up that hit us and I would too! Well I got a settlement out of it!    I tried to be cool and swing around the shower door and grab my towel and........... I went down.  I tried to stay calm.  At the same time I was running out of blood pressure medication.  Ugh!  Here is what I did. I had 1 pill and a half left.  I switched Saturday's with Sunday's and I took hydroxzine too I knew I was going shopping on Sunday with Jason.   It hurts to fart. It hurts to burp. Please be cautious because I am about to talk about AJ. Don't worry. It's all good.  No, I do not judge people and the way that they act or don't act. I think I screwed that up didn't I?  Anyway, here goes.   Write about a person who has significantly influenced your life. How have their words or actions shaped you? If you could say anything to them right now, what would it be ? Aj had significantly influenced me in alot of ways. He was there for me in my darkest days and I was there for him too.  He says he helped me through a depression and I tried to help him when he was in a depression state.  That last time he came back to me, he told me encouraging things that I can do.
