I have a question. Would a saggy mattress cause an anxiety attack?
My blog is about my feelings, my emotions, and my life and how I still struggle with selective mutism at times. It's like maybe I have something else going on besides selective mutism by the ways that I am struggling.

Friday July 7, 2023 | anxiety attack
I did have an anxiety attack on Wednesday, July 5 and about 20 minutes after we hung up on Zoom, I recognized it as an anxiety attack because I had shaky hands. That is when I figured I would lay back under my weighted blanket for about 20 minutes. I ended up falling asleep until 3:30 pm. I have a saggy mattress so I haven't been sleeping well at all. Well, I just around to flipping the mattress over and sleeping on the more firmer side and omg! I slept well!!! I thought the other side was going to be like a piece of plywood but no it was soft but more firm than the other side--the pillowtop side. The flipping over the mattress is just to by some time until 2025 when I get a new mattress or an entirely new bed. Why? I hate that footboard on it now because it is a pain in the butt to make up. Well not really but I did hit my hip on that footboard and it hurt like a mthr f--r!
