#12 Write about a pet and what makes him/her special.

This may seem strange, and if you don’t have a pet forget this prompt.  However, animals keep us company, comfort us, and adore us no matter what.  They don’t judge you by grades, work, income, style, or appearance.  Pets love us unconditionally.  They also have distinct personalities and traits. What makes your pet special? How does your pet make you feel?


My dog is a therapy dog.  I saw her on the site and said that is what I wanted.  I wanted to go right then and grab her up before someone got her.  No one else wanted her because apparently she had a broken hip and she had heartworm.  I adopted Nicki Rose and nursed her back to health.  Now she is running all over that backyard and having a blast.  She is safe because she is with someone who loves her and won't hurt her and won't let anyone else hurt her.  When she first got here Sophie was playing with Nicki Rose and running all over the backyard with her.  Then Sophie taught Nicki Rose how to chew things up and catch food in her mouth before it even hit the floor.  Actually, Sophie watched Jordan-the Chihuahua catch food in her mouth before it even hit the floor and Sophie learned it and taught it to Nicki Rose.

I knew this when I was 5 and no one had to tell me this. So is this really true? But because I have selective mutism, my learning challenging and people think that I am stupid. It is that communication thing that people think that I'm stupid. I know the highlighted and BIG LETTERS SOUNDS unreasonable, I just want to get across to people that I am anxious all the time!
