Well. I got up today and I worked out. After that I had so much energy from my workout that I began to clean the back porch. At first I was going to skip the workout. I am so glad that I didn't skip my workout. So I started sweeping the back porch and when I got to that kitty litter box, I say screw it. I am throwing that thing away box and all. I told Happy that she wasn't using it and that she goes outside into grass to pee and poop. Has anyone ever heard of a kitty litterbox making anyone anxious before? Well I don't know about that but dogs make my selective mutism much better. Well, my throat loosens the grip on my throat and allows me to talk to my dog Nicki Rose as long as no one listens or pays attention. Well they can. Just long enough for them to go back to my family talking amongst each other. I just don't want it cause me embarrassment. I do like cats and cats do give attitude. Happy will allow me pick her up when I need to. Only when I give her a treat aft...

I always thought that hot chocolate, peanut butter + Jelly, Cheetos, Chocolate and bubble baths are good for the mental health.  Oh and I thought of a another one.  Little Debbie cakes.  It's more like Litttle Debbie Downer.  We crave sugar and sugar brings us down.  Well something like that.  lol. I could make a bullet journal for self-care.  And I still didn't say how I can bring those things into my life more moderately.  

Day #47 what was your favorite toy as a kid? My favorite toy as a kid I think it was a doll called Mrs Beasely. My aunt gave me her Mrs Beasely and it didn't have glasses. I lost it and my mom had ordered another one and that one had glasses. When it came in the mail, I was scared of it. My mom took off the glasses and I was fine. Oh I carried it every where.
