I want to try something else.  I tried listening to hypnosis but I don't know what I'm doing.

I had a memory of my great grandmother. I really didn't know her that well. She passed away when I I was 5. Then the dog bit me on the nose, then I got my tonsils out, then I got this condition called selective mutism. So maybe this was a combination of all three situations that maybe triggered the SM.  Would this be maybe a traumatic experience? 

What do you think is causing my body pains? Is it obesity or my saggy mattress? Honestly I think it's my saggy mattress. But other people with think it's obesity that it is causing my body aches and pains because it just cheaper. But honestly, I think it's my saggy mattress that is causing my body pains.  I asked Google and Google said it was both. Alexa said it was both.  It's hard to tell what the culprit is.  So I am back to square one.   Well I do wake up with my back hurting and it goes away as the day goes on.  It's my mattress.  I'm going to have to wait until 2025 to get a new mattress.  If a queen would fit in my room, I am getting a queen. If  a queen won't fit, I won't get a queen bed right now.  I will just a full mattress and  wait until later to get a queen bed.
