I feel exhausted! I feel like I have been walking all over the place in northern Cali. At first I thought was walking along Marshall Road and I came to the Stoplight when I was on Peabody Road. Then I dreamed about my Aunt Lisa and my cousin Edward there were three of them almost like he was a triplet in my dream but all three them were little bitty kids like um... 5th graders. One triplet was white and the other two were black. I'm sure that means something but it probably just means that everyone has a twin in the world or even triplets. Well I was watching a YouTube short video who were TripleCharm as there username. I guess they are sisters. Anyway, I guess anyone can have twins or triplets and not be related. No my cousin is not triplet, his dad was Tom and turned into this really big asshole! Tom started out being nice and then just like all men he had to talk and control my aunt Lisa all of which she was young Naive and gullible in her 20's. All my aunt Lisa wa...

I want to picture in my mind all the things that I want to do.  People think that manifest means that you come up with the money somehow to be able to have what you want.  To me, manifesting means a lot more.  Oh I want to manifest this so I see if I have the money for it to buy it.  But really the universe is listening to you so the universe gives you what you are looking for and gives it to you somehow.  I don't see how that works without somehow getting some money to do all that you want to do.  

Oops I think I did it again,  Made you believe, We're more than just friends. Oh baby baby, Oops I did it again. Well, someone else just popped up again after I went into one of the Friends groups on Facebook a year ago.  How do these people find me?  LOL!  He has the name of my favorite NKOTB member.  Can you guess the name?  Well he called on Facebook messenger and Jason heard him and um.... he told me he was going to taddle on me.  My god! We are just talking on Facebook chat!!! Nothing wrong with that is there?  His name is Donald.  Jason just tells me that I'm bored and just looking for attention.  I know not to go and meet them.  I know better than that.  I know better than that!  

Last night I dreamed about a favorite teacher that used to work at Will C. Wood High School.  We were talking about my selective mutism and I said that I was on my way to overcoming selective mutism.  

I can't even describe in words what I worried about 10 years ago.  I can put pictures in here though. Let me hunt it up on Pinterest.  BRB. Do these books really help communication skills and speaking to people?

My symptoms include:   Can't concentrate on reading and I want to read a physical book but I hear someone else's voice in my head and I can't concentrate on the words in the book because someone else is talking in my head.  (Okay, that is just normal).  This is why I put the "read aloud" feature on Microsoft Edge.   I have too much energy before my exercise and then I have tons and tons and tons of energy after my workout.  (Okay that is really normal)   Then, I try to meditate and another symptom is hand and foot tapping.  What are the symptoms of these?   Is this true?  People who are living with selective mutism also have hyperactivity part in ADHD even though they physically can't speak?   The last symptom is that I am negative all the time.  I already knew that symptom because Jason is negative and he has ADHD.   And no I haven't read anything on any website except selectivemutismcenter.org ....
