Short answer: Dreams about deceased relatives are not literal messages from them, but they can feel deeply meaningful. Psychologists explain that such dreams often reflect your own emotions, memories, or subconscious processing. If someone in your waking life is triggering anxiety, your mind may symbolically use the image of a deceased loved one to help you process or cope with those feelings."
That is what I asked copilot up there and they gave me a short answer. Now here is my dream.
I dreamed about my aunt Tanya. She was giving me messages about my anxiety and what to do and who triggers me the most. Of course she said that Jason triggers me most. Then she said my sister triggers my anxiety. But then again, anyone can trigger your anxiety without even realizing that they did even your own parents. Which apparently my parents did trigger my anxiety back when I was 3. I didn't know what anxiety was back then; but I do now. Which means that towards the end there, aunt understood about selective mutism and that what helps me is that when I am talking sporadically. They can chime in. How did I put it... feel free to chime in when I am talking to the dog or cat or google and alexa. Which my dad has done that. Thank you dad! People are starting to get it now except for Jason. I do catch myself repeating myself constantly.
