Thursday July 15, 2021 | Power Out | Really Anxious

 Last night the power when out and I became really anxious. Note: I was always anxious in the dark. I found that light bulb in case I needed to use the bathroom. I was still anxious so I got to Insight Timer and I meditated twice to meditation for anxiety. It is my favorite meditation by Glenn Harrold. I just think his voice sounds so calming. Still felt anxious as I drifted back to sleep.

I still remember that when you were in my room and it was dark all except for the light-up under the top bunk of the mattress when I was 10? I kept saying "I am scared" Mom kept saying "of what". Now I know how and what I was afraid of.

Well everyone is anxious when the lights go out.
Yeah, I think the tongue hanging out is that I had a stroke recently. A stroke can be prevented too. Has anyone else had a stroke and there tongue just pops out randomly without any warning?
