How does my throat feel now? Truthfully? It still hurts and tight. Of course, it stopped hurting and relaxed a little when I drank a cherry protein smoothie awhile ago. I had a put Cherries, WW protein booster, cherry water flavor, cherry pop tart, and a two-point premier protein drink in my smoothie. I should leave out the pop tart but it is the more the cherry flavor the better!
How is anxiety now? I am still kind of shaky and my throat is hurting and tight. So I guess I could call it an anxiety attack?
I was cleaning my blender and why do we always cut the sh*t out of our middle finger?
How is that anxiety now? Well after I drank that water, my throat stopped hurting and relaxed a bit.
