List down five things that you believe are your strengths and five things that you consider as your weaknesses. For each point, write about an instance where it was evident. Reflect on how these strengths and weaknesses have influenced your decisions and actions. How can you leverage your strengths and work on your weaknesses for personal growth?


I do not have any of these strengths.  

  1. Communication Skills: This can include both written and verbal communication skills. An individual with strong communication skills can express their thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively.

  2. Problem-Solving Abilities: This refers to the ability to analyze problems, think creatively, and find effective solutions.

  3. Leadership: This involves the ability to guide, inspire, and influence others towards achieving a common goal.

  4. Adaptability: This is the ability to adjust to new conditions or changes in the environment. It’s a valuable strength in today’s fast-paced world.

  5. Empathy: This is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. It’s a key strength in building strong relationships.




I have all of these weaknesses. 

  1. Procrastination: Delaying tasks and responsibilities can lead to stress and poor quality of work.

  2. Perfectionism: While it’s good to strive for excellence, excessive perfectionism can lead to stress, burnout, and delays in completing tasks.

  3. Difficulty Delegating Tasks: Some people might struggle with trusting others with tasks, which can lead to being overwhelmed with work.

  4. Impatience: This can lead to rushed decisions or frustration when things don’t go as quickly as expected.

  5. Difficulty Accepting Criticism: Constructive feedback is essential for growth, but some people might take it personally or find it hard to accept.
